All is moving along with the repairs and furnishings are being selected and then I get a call from my homeowners' insurance broker, "Your homeowners insurance will be cancelled in 3 weeks."

There is no question that having a home on the water in Marco Island is easier than most other places. The difference is "Direct Water" where you can have a flying bridge and not worry about clearing any bridges (because there aren't any between your backyard dock and the open water).
Last year, 106 Water Direct Homes were sold. And right now, those fortunate ones could be preparing for a sunset cruise departing from their backyard. Sounds nice, no?
Do you need a Garage? If the answer is "NO" - I've got a beauty for you on Marco Island!

While working with a couple who is transferring from Texas, I toured this lovely home.
My big "ah-ha" is VIEW. Nothing out of the ordinary about this when you have such a beautiful tableu. This home has a very, very nice view.
Having elbow room (space) and a good flow is really important if more than one person is going to live in a home. This home certainly has it.
