This is a 55+ Community which is so very pleasant. The grounds are lush and well-cared for. The property has water on 3 sides. The views and small boating activities are easy living at its best.
For sale is a ground-floor, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium. The air conditioner is just a couple of years old. The furnishings are pleasant and comfortable and everything stays with the unit - even the teaspoons!
