I think you will enjoy this piece of history which I found while walking through the Rookery Bay Research Center in Naples....
If you are a fisherman, you will appreciate this special fishing area. Even if you are not, you can understand how location means everything!
What I particularly enjoy is the humor these early settlers to this area within Collier County had. We all have a little smile on our faces when we've made a good find and that certainlhy includes a piece of real estate.

Exciting day the mortage rates are even lower than last month and buyers are showing they recognize it's a good time to move forward!
It's not just the brick and stucco that bring people to the Naples and Marco Island area - it's the lifestyle.
The night sky is clear and you can see more and more stars the longer you look. My, that's inspiring.
When a majestic bald eagle flys down the fairway, just a few feet away, while you take a walk (Foxfire Golf & Country Club, an Audubon Cooperative Golf Community, just 10 minutes from 5th Avenue) - WOW! That's beautiful!

This week I became an Sales Associate with RE/MAX Results Realty based on Marco Island, FL. Theirs is the largest market share on the island. They are also the #1 real estate brand in the world! Think of that?!
Chances are you recognize the RE/MAX hot air balloon. 52% of all the real estate ads are RE/MAX and 72.5% of all real estate ads on television are RE/MAX. That's pretty impressive.

This time of year blesses us with incredible blossoming trees and shrubs. The colors and scents are hypnotizing.
